For the past couple of years I honestly believe I’ve spent most of my life in a car. I keep telling myself that the errands will be less and that drives will be shorter but I know I’m lying to myself! On one of those drives I passed by a place I never knew existed and to make matters worse, it’s only minutes away from home…I feel like I’ve been missing out.

We’ve all been to bakeries when we have a sweet tooth and it’s so satisfying to savor a little piece of heaven for just a little while. We don’t think of the calories we’re putting in, or how much of it we bought, or even care about sharing haha! One thing I’m sure of though is that I don’t like sharing my Macaroons. I can still remember the very first time I tried one and how it made itself to the top of the list. But let’s be real, they don’t all taste their best when they’re hard and cold.. I just can’t. I like Macaroons freshly made, soft, and cute and I found all of this at Mac Lab Bakery.

This is the place! Everything is made from scratch and their flavors are definitely original, but let me just squeeze in the fact that they make unicorns on the weekends..what?! Mac Lab Bakery is located in the heart of Gwinnett Place and their cute style is so picture worthy.

I tried 12 different flavors in their large box and I couldn’t decide which one was my favorite. Babe fell in love with their Passion Fruit macaroon and I know it’s not fair to the rest, but I choose the unicorn. Other than their macaroon cuteness overload and their adorable shop, they use Almond flour to bake and that’s one of the healthiest ones to use. Everything is just perfect, you just have to go and see for yourself!

Do you have your favorite Macaroon place? please share!
